Role Overview
Voylla is hiring an experienced Operations Head based out of Jaipur. The role combines direct, hands-on
ownership of Manufacturing & Operations with administrative oversight of other functions at Jaipur.
Voylla, a leading omnichannel fashion jewelry brand, part of the portfolio of brands at GOAT Brand Labs.
Started in 2013, Voylla is India's largest fashion jewelry destination with a robust online presence and an
expansive retail footprint of 15+ stores across India. Voylla has successfully introduced the concept of
high quality, flawlessly crafted jewelry at affordable price points a feat that remains unmatched in an
increasingly busy segment.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Operations
• Own end-to-end manufacturing operations in Jaipur: production planning, capacity, quality, and
output targets
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery across the manufacturing floor
• Build and manage the manufacturing and operations leadership team
• Partner with Merch and Design on production feasibility, timelines, and capacity planning
Administrative Oversight
• Act as the leader in Jaipur, providing local administrative oversight for Design, HR, Admin, Data,
and Inventory Planning
• Provide local administrative oversight of the Jaipur Warehouse, which continues to report solid-
line to the central Warehouse & Supply Chain function




• Resolve day-to-day Jaipur-site issues (facilities, admin, cross-team coordination) so these
functions can focus on their core mandates
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 10-12 years of total experience, with a significant portion in manufacturing or
operations leadership roles
• Proven track record directly managing manufacturing/production operations, ideally at plant or
site-head level
• Experience operating as the senior-most leader at a manufacturing site, coordinating across
functions beyond direct reporting lines
• Prior experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, apparel, or related manufacturing-led consumer
categories preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent
management qualification preferred

Skills & Competencies
• Robust manufacturing and operations leadership, with hands-on command of production
metrics and floor-level execution
• Cross-functional stakeholder management — able to work effectively with Design, HR, Admin,
Data, and other central function heads
• High ownership and administrative rigor
• People leadership: building and developing a manufacturing and operations team
