Role Summary:

Understand requirement of the Baca branch stakeholders,define explicit objectives, manage day to day interactions build consensus andCommunication for BTL (Below the line) sales activation and marketing.

Should have excellent communication skills as willneed to co-ordinate with key stakeholders across the organization.

- Plan and conduct Rewards and recognition events for business teams on an ongoing basis.

- Help develop and execute marketing communication collaterals

- Analyze consumer insights in local markets and leverage these insights into actionable plans.

- Communicate Bandhan Life company vision of empowering individuals and families to fulfil their financial aspirations through marketing collaterals.
- Translate brand strategy into regional plans and go-to-market strategies

- Facilitate creative development of marketing collaterals to motivate the target audience to take action





- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

- Monitor product distribution, consumer reactions and sales and devise plans on support for the sales team.

- Communication with relevant stakeholder within the organization to drive business growth, build brand consideration enhance customer experience

- Collaborate with relevant stake holders across departments on projects, strategy, customer experience, technology, analytics, product, sales others

- Manage a wider network of local agencies for delivering strategy and communication basis the consumer insights.
