*Role Overview*

We are seeking experienced HR Recruiters from an agency background to join our growing network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for multiple clients and industries across India. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing top talent to ensuring successful onboarding, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates via job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Client coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
- Screening & shortlisting: Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview management: Coordinate client interviews,



collect feedback, and manage communication between candidates and clients.
- Offer negotiation: Discuss salary expectations and employment terms, ensuring smooth offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Database management: Maintain an updated recruitment database with candidate information, feedback, and hiring status.
- Market research: Stay informed on industry hiring trends and provide insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

*Experience & Skills*

- Experience: 1–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.
- Industry exposure: Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles and industries across India.
- Skill set:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and tools

*Education*

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
