Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Managers. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant NoBroker services, managing leads, and driving sales conversions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to effectively upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
- Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of the customer.




- Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customers and leads.
- Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer.
- Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers. Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of his account.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Go extra mile to provide excellent customer service
- Eligibility Criteria

- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Working Schedule & Job Details

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

- Login Time: 9 hours per day
- Daily Talk-Time Target: 4 hours
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off per week
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
