We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management (SCM) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth supply chain operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in supply chain and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Source and procure raw materials, aerospace components, and consumables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Identify and develop recent vendors as per company requirements.

Production Planning & Material Control

- Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules.




- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams.

Purchase Order & Documentation

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.

Cost Control & Optimization

- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze material costs and vendor performance.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with internal departments like Production, Quality, and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.
