Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to strengthen AVP Infracon Limiteds brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and interaction, creating written and visual content in collaboration with internal teams, and monitoring performance metrics to refine strategy. The Social Media Manager will also respond to audience interactions, maintain consistent brand messaging, coordinate with marketing and project teams for updates and announcements, and stay informed about social media trends relevant to the construction and infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.




- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and accurate content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, align messaging with business goals, and maintain a cohesive brand voice.
- Candidates should have experience with social media analytics tools and reporting to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in marketing or communications, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
- A bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
