Role & responsibilities

- Achievement of Primary & Secondary sales targets (Volume & Value) on monthly basis for the assigned region/ area
- Managing the existing Dealer/s (Normal + Shop-in-Shop + Key Accounts) & distributor network
- Introduction of current dealer + new Shop-in-Shops Dealers
- Meeting monthly Shop-in-Shop Tertiary Sales Targets
- SIS Operations Staff Training + VM + Stocks Management
- Ensuring timely dispatch against order and timely payment collection
- Overseeing the Stocks Audit Process
- Preparation and submission of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Half Yearly / Yearly sales report
- Sales planning and forecasting
- Market & Competitors Analysis

Any other responsibility assigned by the Management

Preferred candidate profile

Retail Sales MBO format with 5 to 6 yrs experience and well aware of the business /market in Rajasthan region
