Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls professionally in an international voice process.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- BE,B.Tech and PG Fresher graduates are not eligible for this job role
- Minimum of 1 year customer support experience is needed for BE and BTECH graduates to be eligible
- Candidates with international voice/customer support experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills may also apply.




- Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts.
