- Manage and supervise assembly line shop floor operations.
- Ensure production efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
- Handle manpower planning, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Drive waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to achieve production targets.
- Identify and resolve production issues using 7 QC Tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Monitor production performance and prepare reports using MS Office.
- Utilize Oracle applications for production tracking and reporting.
