Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with 3 –8 years of experience in product design and electromechanical system development, preferably in the semiconductor or special-purpose equipment domain.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of product design, including concept development, detailed engineering, validation, and support for manufacturing, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and manufacturable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Design Engineer- Creo/NX

Job Description

>> Mechanical Engineer(Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with 6-8 years of experience
>> 3-4 years, Hands on experience in Creo/NX and PLM Software
>> Experience in Mechanical Design, preferably in Semiconductor domain,
Ion Implanter experience or Machine equipment or SPM.
>> Experience in Design and development of Mechanical products,
Sheet Metal Design, DFX, and Value Engineering




>> Sound knowledge in designing Machined parts, Sheet Metal parts,
Enclosure, Chassis, Vacuum Chamber, Frames etc.
>> Strong Knowledge in ASME & 14.5 Drafting standards, GD&T;,
Tolerance Stack up
>> Thorough knowledge in Manufacturing processes, heat treatment,
Materials
>> Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
>> Exposure to global engineering teams and customer-facing roles.
>> Experience with Applied Materials ( AMAT) is preferred but not mandatory

Mechanical Design Engineer- NX

Job Description

>> Mechanical Engineers (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with 4-8 years of experience

>> Experience in New Product Design and development of SEMI products`

>> Hands on experience in NX Software is must.

>> Experience in Semiconductor domain will be an added advantage
>> Good experience in GD&T;, Tolerance Stack up
>> Sound knowledge in designing Machined parts, Sheet Metal parts, Enclosure, Chassis, Vacuum Chamber, Frames, etc.

>> Good to have knowledge on Frame/Structures design with basic calculation ( with basic FEA good to have),PCW/DI cart design, Understanding of sub-assemblies, Electronic Re- packaging , Cable re-routing , Basic interconnect and Schematics understanding , Vacuum design, Gas line rerouting/Design, Exhaust systems, Selection of OEM’s, Understands Semi workplace and terms, AC box redesign.

>> Hands on experience in Teamcenter ( TC), SAP PLM, Agile, ECO process
>> Knowledge in ASME & 14.5 Drafting standards
>> Excellent Verbal and written communication
>> Good Knowledge on Structural / Thermal analysis (Ansys 14 release)

**Experience with Applied Materials ( AMAT) is preferred but not mandatory
