We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who has hired for Emerging technology roles and is comfortable with both permanent and contract hiring. You will partner with hiring managers to build robust tech teams, from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
- Hire for both permanent and contract roles, handling rates, notice periods, contract duration and conversion terms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals and talent pools using Boolean and X-ray search.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand tech stack and role requirements.
- Maintain candidate data and hiring metrics in the ATS, and share regular updates on time-to-fill and offer-to-join ratios.
- Coordinate with staffing vendors where needed.

Technologies You Will Hire For

Cloud and DevOps (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes),



Full Stack (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, React), Data and AI/ML (Snowflake, Databricks, GenAI), QA automation, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, ServiceNow.. etc..

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 6 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in the Hyderabad market.
- Proven record of closing both permanent and contract roles.
- Good understanding of modern tech stacks and the ability to assess profiles beyond keywords.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad salary benchmarks, notice period trends and contract rates.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).

Good to Have

Experience in a product company, GCC or staffing firm, and exposure to niche or senior hiring.
