Role & responsibilities
1. Identify new customers and generate sales leads.
2. Visit dealers, distributors, and construction sites to promote products.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Maintain good relationships with existing and recent customers.
5. Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and payments.
6. Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
7. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
8. Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
- 01 year of sales experience (Freshers can apply).
- Any Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in field sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Experience in building materials or roofing products is preferred.
