We're looking for a Security Automation Engineer to build and enhance automation solutions across our SOC setting. The role focuses on SOAR/SIEM engineering, security workflow automation, API integrations, incident response automation, and security platform integration to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain security playbooks, runbooks, and automated workflows.
- Build automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Engineer and support Microsoft Sentinel, Cortex XSIAM/XSOAR, and Logic Apps.
- Integrate security tools using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and ServiceNow.
- Automate alert triage, enrichment, case management, and incident response processes.
- Integrate platforms such as CrowdStrike, Defender XDR, SIEM/SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and ITSM tools.
- Manage code repositories using GitHub and support deployment/testing activities.
- Create technical documentation and drive process improvements.

Must Have:

- 7-14 years of IT experience with Security Operations or Security Engineering.




- Strong experience in Security Automation and SOAR development.
- Hands-on expertise in Python scripting.
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Cortex XSIAM/XSOAR.
- API and integration development experience.
- ServiceNow integration and workflow automation.
- Incident Response and SOC operations knowledge.
- Security platform integrations (CrowdStrike, Defender XDR, etc.).

Preferred:

- Azure Functions, Azure Automation, Azure Administration.
- Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Detection Engineering and MITRE ATT&CK.;
- Microsoft Security Copilot and AI-driven SOC Automation.

Preferred Certifications

- SC-200 Security Operations Analyst
- AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate
- Cortex XSIAM/XSOAR Certification
- CrowdStrike Falcon Certification
- AZ-104 Azure Administrator (preferred)
