Job Description – Telecaller / Presales Executive

Company: Real Estate Consultancy and Finance Company

We are looking for a confident, professional, and result-oriented individual with excellent communication, active listening, and customer-convincing skills.

Salary : 15000 - 20000 + 50000 incentive (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers daily regarding with customer data or enquiry received by the company.
- Understand customers’ requirement, preferences, budget, and property or finance needs.
- Explain relevant projects and available options to prospective customers.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales executives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange property site visits and project presentations.
- Follow up with customers after site inspections to collect feedback and understand their interest.
- Arrange follow-up meetings with interested customers to move the process towards a successful closure.




- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- A positive attitude, discipline, and a target-oriented approach.
- The ability to identify genuine prospects and convert enquiries into appointments.
