Job DescriptionPlasma Spray Processors (PSP) is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company's finance and compliance functions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts and journal vouchers in Tally Prime.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, general ledger and other accounting records.
- Assist in GST return preparation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Support TDS calculations, deductions and statutory compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier/customer ledgers and outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.
- Verify invoices, expense bills and supporting documents.
- Assist with salary entries,



employee advances and reimbursement records.
- Prepare expense statements, outstanding reports and monthly accounting reports.
- Support monthly closing, ledger scrutiny and internal/external audits.
- Required SkillsGood working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain proper financial records and meet deadlines.
- Candidate RequirementsB.Com graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Manufacturing industry accounting experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners may be preferred.

Salary₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
