? *Working Hours* : Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM onwards | Saturday: Till 2:00 PM

*? Earning Potential*

✨ Average Monthly Earnings: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (based on individual performance and successful candidate placements).

*? Key Responsibilities*

• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

• Screen and shortlist candidates

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers





• Maintain recruitment records and candidate database

• Ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates

*? Incentive Structure*

⭐ 1st Successful Candidate Joining: ₹5,000

From the 2nd Joining Onwards:

• Work From Home Roles – ₹1,000 per joining

• Work From Office Roles – ₹3,000 per joining

• Field Roles – ₹5,000 per joining

? Incentives are paid monthly, provided the recruited candidate remains active until the end of the month.
