We are looking for an experienced Factory Operations & Service Head for our modular and metal furniture manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct final QC of finished furniture as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper finishing, cleaning, packing and labelling before dispatch.
- Verify dispatch quantities, hardware, accessories and packing lists.
- Coordinate with production, stores, transport and site teams.
- Monitor site installation progress and pending work.
- Identify, track and resolve site snags, damages and material shortages.
- Arrange replacement materials and coordinate rectification work.
- Maintain project-wise QC, dispatch, installation and snag reports.
- Ensure timely project completion and client handover.
