Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property site visits, and assisting customers in buying, selling, or investing in real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, online platforms, references, and other marketing activities.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to customers.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales deals.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing,



and documentation teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property transactions is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- relevant sales experience will be an advantage.
