Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales & Merchant Onboarding

We are looking for energetic, target-driven Business Development Executives to join our ground force and onboard merchants.

- Job ProfileRole: Business Development Executive (Field Sales / Onboarding)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Field-based
- Working Hours: 6 days/week (Standard field-visit hours)
- Key ResponsibilitiesField Merchant Onboarding: Visit 10–15 merchants daily across designated territories to pitch our marketplace platform.
- Relationship Management: Meet merchant owners and decision-makers face-to-face, explain our value proposition, and close partnership agreements.
- Documentation & Verification: Collect required legal and banking documents (FSSAI License, GST/PAN, Bank Details, Menu/Product details, and signed agreements).
- Profile Setup Support: Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure merchant menus, product listings, and pricing are accurately set up on the merchant system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet weekly and monthly merchant onboarding targets set by the management team.
- Requirements & QualificationsEducation:



Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or door-to-door sales.

- Prior experience with Swiggy, Zomato, Paytm QR, Magicpin, DotPe, or FMCG sales is a strong advantage.
- Vehicle & License: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
- Communication Skills: Good command of Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Attributes: High energy, robust negotiation skills, professional field conduct, and a target-driven mindset.
- Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
- Fuel / Travel Allowance: ₹2,000 per month.
