Job Description:

Shah Marketing Pune LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage sales coordination, purchase orders, order processing and communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team, dealers and customers regarding enquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
- Handle purchase orders (POs), verify order details and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, purchase, warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales records, order trackers and customer databases.




- Assist with payment follow-ups and prepare regular sales reports.
- Handle customer calls, emails and WhatsApp communication.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Experience handling purchase orders, sales orders and order documentation.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in plumbing, bathware, sanitaryware, tiles or building materials will be preferred.
