Role: Installation Service Engineer / Customer Service Engineer

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: Fresher

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Train customers on machine operations, povide demo, provide training and resolve usage-related queries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Maintain installation and service records.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel for installations, servicing, and customer visits as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Sc. (IT/Electronics)



or any related technical qualification.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Presentable personality with solid customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits, installations, and service assignments.
- Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in field service environments.
