1. Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and responsible Counter Assistants to support food and beverage operations at an amusement park in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for serving food and beverages, handling customer orders, maintaining counter hygiene, assisting with billing, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them with food and beverage orders.
- Serve food, snacks, beverages, and other menu items efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at food counters and service areas.
- Ensure food items are displayed, stored, and served according to hygiene standards.
- Assist with order taking, billing, and cash handling, as assigned.
- Refill food items, beverages, packaging materials, and other counter supplies.
- Check product availability, freshness, and presentation before serving.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene,



and grooming standards.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, cashiers, and F&B; supervisors to ensure timely service.
- Maintain proper stock levels and report shortages or wastage.
- Follow portion control, service standards, and company operating procedures.
- Assist in opening and closing counter activities, including cleaning and stock checks.
- Support the team during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Eligibility Criteria & Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.

- Experience: Freshers can apply; previous experience in F&B; service, food counters, restaurants, or quick-service outlets is an advantage.
- Communication: Basic communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.
- Customer Service: Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
