About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who understands design fundamentals and can turn ideas into effective visual content. The candidate should have practical knowledge of graphic design software, an understanding of branding and visual communication, and an interest in using AI tools to improve creative workflows.

Candidates should have basic English reading, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to understand briefs, follow instructions, and work collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media, advertisements, digital campaigns, and branding.
- Convert creative briefs into effective visual concepts.
- Develop original design ideas while maintaining brand consistency.
- Use typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy effectively.
- Work with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Explore AI tools for creative ideation, image generation, and editing.
- Refine designs based on feedback and maintain high-quality output.
- Organize design files and maintain editable source files.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

1. Design Principles and Fundamentals

The candidate should understand the reasoning behind a design, not just how to make it look attractive.

- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of alignment, spacing, contrast, and balance.

The candidate should be able to develop ideas and translate a brief into an effective visual.

- Understand the target audience and the purpose of a design.
- Convert creative briefs into suitable visual concepts.

- Adapt designs for different platforms, sizes, and formats.

3. Software Proficiency

The candidate should demonstrate practical skills in the tools required for everyday design work.

- Adobe Photoshop: Image editing, masking, compositing, and retouching.
- Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphics, logos, icons, and typography.
- Figma: Layouts, components, Auto Layout, and basic UI design.
- Canva: Creating social media creatives and marketing materials where required.

4. AI Tools and Workflow

The candidate should know how to use AI to support creativity and improve workflow without relying on it for every design decision.

- Familiarity with AI image-generation and editing tools.
- Knowledge of tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly,



ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Ability to write effective prompts and use visual references.
- Use AI for ideation, creative exploration, image generation, and editing.
- Ability to refine AI-generated outputs manually.
- Understanding of visual consistency, accuracy, and quality control.

5. Professional Working Skills

Accept feedback positively and make revisions accordingly.

- Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Organize project files and maintain editable source files.
- Communicate design decisions clearly using basic English.
- Understand instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

6.Educational Qualification

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also apply.
