We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT / ITES Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and IT-enabled services (ITES) requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding suitable candidates within the stipulated timelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and ITES positions based on business requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, experience, and hiring timelines.
Support bulk hiring and volume recruitment drives whenever required.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
