URGENT HIRING – SENIOR COUNSELLOR

Global Khalsa Immigration is hiring a professional Senior Counsellor for a full-time, work-from-office role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience.

• Female candidates aged 18–30 years.

• Applicants must currently reside in Mohali and be able to commute daily to our Mohali office.

• Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

• Professional conduct and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding immigration and visa services.

• Handle enquiries, explain service processes clearly and follow up with prospective clients.

• Maintain accurate client records and coordinate with the team.

Compensation:

• Fixed salary: INR 15,000–40,000 per month,



based on experience and suitability.

• Additional performance-based incentives of up to INR 50,000 per month. Incentives are variable, subject to performance and are not guaranteed.

• No joining fee or security deposit.

Working hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday off.

Interview process: Initial telephone/online screening, followed by an in-person interview at the office.
