Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment and ensure timely candidate deployment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for ITI, Diploma, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operator roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through colleges, vendors, and local networks.
- Coordinate with client HR teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
- Experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment.
- Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, Work India, Apna, and other sourcing channels.
- Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline.
