Roles & Responsibilities:

- Call qualified leads shared by the company

- Pitch our property projects clearly and confidently

- Understand customer needs, budget and preferences

- Convince customers to visit the site

- Follow up regularly and schedule site visits

- Update lead status and call details in the CRM/Excel sheet

Who Can Apply:

- Freshers: full training will be provided

- Experienced candidates from real estate, telecalling, BPO, insurance, banking or loan sales are preferred

- Education: 12th pass / Graduate

Skills Required:

- Positive communication in Hindi / English / Marathi

- Convincing and negotiation skills

- Good listening and objection handling

- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

- Basic computer and mobile knowledge
