Job Title: Management Trainee – Business Development

Eligibility: Freshers and MBA Graduates

Salary Structure

- Probation Period: 3 Months

- Salary During Probation: ₹15,000 per month

- Salary After Successful Probation: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, based on the agreed performance criteria and compensation terms.

Job Responsibilities

1. Visit businesses and identify potential customers.

2. Schedule appointments for 30-minute product seminars.

3. Deliver professional presentations about company products.

4. Explain product features, advantages, and applications.

5. Build relationships with prospective customers.

6. Follow up on appointments and business opportunities.

7. Maintain daily field visit reports and appointment records.

Performance Evaluation

Employees will be evaluated on appointment scheduling, presentation skills, communication, product knowledge, professionalism, and overall performance.

Career Progression

- During probation: Management Trainee – Business Development

- After successful probation: Business Development Executive

- Future growth: Senior Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager, based on experience and performance.
