Dr Herbal is a Siddha-based hair-care clinic looking for a friendly, responsible customer support executive to handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp. The role includes customer support, sales follow-ups and coordinating doctor consultations.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers who enquire through our advertisements, social media and WhatsApp.
- Understand their requirements and explain our consultation and ordering process clearly.
- Coordinate with the doctor for medical questions and treatment recommendations.
- Explain doctor-recommended products, prices, payment options and delivery details accurately.
- Follow up with interested customers and help them complete their orders.
- Respond politely to WhatsApp messages and customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call notes and follow-up dates in our CRM.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for order and delivery updates.
- Work towards agreed customer-service and sales targets.




- Handle customer information confidentially and avoid making false promises.

Candidate Requirements

- Transparent Tamil communication and good listening skills.
- Basic English reading and typing skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and a computer.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales or WhatsApp sales preferred.
- Ability to follow up consistently and handle customer objections politely.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Strong freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience handling enquiries for clinics, healthcare services, beauty businesses or online products is an advantage.
