We are looking for skilled, motivated, and customer-focused candidates for the role of Laptop Technician – Onsite Support.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customer locations to diagnose and resolve laptop hardware and software issues, ensuring timely service delivery, maintaining service quality, and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite technical support for laptops and computing devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform repairs and hardware replacements as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure timely service completion within the defined SLA.
- Maintain proper service documentation and customer feedback.
- Deliver professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics,



Computer Hardware, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers and laptop hardware.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Freshers with a strong interest in laptop servicing are welcome to apply.

Training & Development:

Comprehensive technical training will be provided by the brand to selected candidates. Candidates will receive the necessary guidance and technical knowledge to perform onsite laptop servicing effectively.
