Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end sales order processing from inquiry to dispatch.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Support the field sales team by preparing quotations, sales reports, and MIS.
- Monitor order execution and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Track sales targets and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/Excel and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Take ownership of pending issues and ensure closure without constant follow-up.
- Lead coordination activities, improve internal processes, and ensure excellent customer service.
