Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our business by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings and give product/service presentations
- Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams

Requirements

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Ability to handle client conversations confidently
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
