Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR / IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills, with the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and candidate joining.




- Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in HR / IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Positive understanding of IT skills and technical job requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
