Job Summary

ConsultBae is looking for a Talent Acquisition to manage client relationships, understand hiring requirements, coordinate recruitment delivery, and drive account growth within our Recruitment Services vertical.

Responsibilities

- Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients and hiring managers.
- Understand client requirements, skill sets, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery.
- Monitor submissions, interviews, selections, and closures for assigned accounts.
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal recruitment teams.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, interviews, selections, and closures.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify new requirements and opportunities for account growth.
- Maintain recruitment and account-related data in ATS/CRM and prepare regular reports.
- Support business development and new client acquisition initiatives when required.

Requirements





- 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment, Account Management, or Client Management.
- Experience in a recruitment/staffing agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and staffing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM, recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
