Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

- 8-12 years of enterprise network infrastructure experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise network operations or network engineering functions.
- Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments and ODC or managed services operations.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba ClearPass, Fortinet, Cisco Wireless, Aerohive, Sauron DDI, and Silver Peak platforms.
- Good understanding of network security, segmentation, NAC, firewall governance, wireless operations, DNS/DHCP, and ITIL service management.
- Solid customer-facing, stakeholder management, documentation, escalation, and vendor management skills.
