The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and completion of multiple construction sites within a campus, including planning, scheduling, site supervision, client coordination, and billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute multiple sites simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare work schedules, coordinate manpower, materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Independently handle day-to-day site operations and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and process running bills, final bills, measurements, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor work quality, progress, safety, and adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Candidate Requirements





- Background in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven experience in independently handling construction sites with end-to-end responsibility for execution, planning, client coordination, and billing.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Robust organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred location: Candidates residing near Sector 8, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, will be preferred for ease of commuting and site coordination.

Candidates with hands-on experience in independently managing construction projects from planning through completion will be given preference.
