Copart is hiring Customer Support Representatives for the International Voice Process. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals who can provide exceptional support through calls and emails while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Provide support related to services, vehicle pick-up, payments, and customer queries
- Respond to customer emails with accurate information
- Ensure quality standards and communication protocols are maintained
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and customer-centric approach
- Deliver positive customer experience in every interaction
