Job Description: Lead Generator KONE
Role: Lead Generator
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads from builders, developers, architects, and contractors.
- Track upcoming construction projects and identify elevator/escalator requirements.
- Contact prospective customers and arrange meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead data and follow up with potential customers.
- Update CRM records and achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in lead generation or real estate/construction is preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong networking and follow-up skills.
