Job Description

We are looking for customer-focused professionals for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, drive cross-selling, and provide banking services through virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing bank customers and Recent-to-Bank (NTB) customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products and services.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, quality standards, and procedures during every customer interaction.




- Encourage customers to use digital banking channels and other virtual banking platforms.
- Achieve assigned business targets and maintain individual performance records for periodic reviews.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate with a minimum of 50% marks.
- 1–5 years of experience in banking, telesales, customer relationship management, or cross-selling.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Experience in banking sales, phone banking, telecalling, or virtual relationship management will be preferred.

Salary

3 LPA – 4.5 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
