Role & responsibilities

Process Analysis & Data-Driven Decision Making

- Analyze existing processes: Collect and evaluate production & related data, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operator feedback to identify inefficiencies in shopfloor, performance variations, and bottlenecks.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Facilitate problem-solving sessions using tools like 8D, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, and FMEA to uncover the core causes of issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor operational dashboards to track SQDIC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost) metrics and evaluate the impact of process changes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.

Lean Deployment & Operational Excellence

- Lean Improvement Initiatives: Drive Lean/Six Sigma programsincluding 5S, Standard Work, SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) and Takt-time analysis.
- Facilitate Kaizen Events:



Plan and lead cross-functional workshops and Kaizen events to promote a zero-defect mindset and continuous waste reduction.
- Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): Drive OEE improvements to maximize asset utilization, streamline material flow, and improve Overall Labor Effectiveness.
- Project Management: Overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to execute specific business goals.
- Interact with Auma Germany team & implement best practices.

Change Management & Training

- Drive Culture: Act as a catalyst for change, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels (from operators to senior leadership.
- Capability Building: Coach, mentor, and train frontline staff and supervisors on CI tools, Lean fundamentals, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Standardization: Develop, update, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual management systems to ensure consistency and compliance.
