Role & responsibilities
This is primarily an SRE role supporting the a UI Service in Kubernetes. The key responsibilities include:
- Supporting deployment, operations, and ongoing maintenance of the Karuna service running on Kubernetes.
- Monitoring service health, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring service reliability.
- Performing log analysis and debugging using Splunk to identify and resolve incidents.
- Basic understanding of Web Components and the ability to perform first-level debugging of UI-related issues. Deep front-end development expertise is not required.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application operations is a plus.
