Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and govern scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The candidate will translate business requirements into technical architecture, lead end-to-end solution design, and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce clouds, enterprise applications, and data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud ALM, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and govern scalable, secure, and maintainable end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define technical architecture, solution design, integration patterns, data models, and platform standards.
- Provide architectural guidance across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud, as applicable.
- Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) full-stack solution design and development.
- Guide development teams on Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),



and relevant platform capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture.
- Establish data architecture, security controls, access management, and Salesforce sharing models.
- Design, implement, and govern CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
- Leverage Cloud ALM capabilities for application lifecycle management, monitoring, and operational governance, as applicable.
- Apply solid front-end development expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support web and commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and delivery leadership.
- Conduct architecture reviews, enforce coding and design standards, and provide technical mentorship.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, integration risks, and opportunities for platform optimization.
