Middle Ware Administrator with Weblogic,

Websphere Application Server & Redhat OpenShift Skillset Overview A highly skilled and experienced MiddleWare Administrator with extensive knowledge in Weblogic ,Websphere Application Server and Redhat OpenShift. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the field, along with secondary skillsets in Linux/Unix and SQL/Oracle. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Weblogic Server, Websphere Application Server, and Redhat OpenShift environments.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of middleware components to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware applications and services.
- Implement security measures to protect middleware platforms and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to support application deployment and maintenance.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages and automation tools.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
- Apply patches and updates to Weblogic and Websphere Application Servers to keep them current and secure.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Document configurations, processes,



and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in middleware administration.
- Should be a mentor and quick learner.

Required Skills and Experience

- 10+ years of experience as a Weblogic Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Websphere Application Server and Redhat OpenShift.
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Basic Network Troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Perl.
- Should be well versed with integration & configuration of new applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle WebLogic Server Administrator Certified Associate, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration) are a plus.
- Should be able to support round the clock as per need. Internal - General Use
