Description

- We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Manual Testing Quality Engineer (QE) with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to join our team.
- You will play a pivotal role in validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality implementations by collaborating with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios specific to Salesforce Service Cloud features, including Cases, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
- Validate Service Cloud configurations, customizations, and integrations with other Salesforce components or third-party tools.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with developers and administrators.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.




- Verify workflows, automation rules, and data integrity to ensure seamless business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, reports, and results for audits and knowledge sharing.
- Execute exploratory testing to uncover potential gaps or edge cases.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in manual testing with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud or related CRM applications.
- Robust understanding of Service Cloud features like Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce customization tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules.
- Experience in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Basic knowledge of SOQL for data validation in Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
