Job Description - Relationship Manager (Closing Operations)

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai

Work Mode: 6 Days Work From Office

Reporting To: Micromarket CEO

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to own the end-to-end property closing process. You will be the single point of contact for buyers and sellers from offer acceptance through property registration, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete property closing lifecycle from offer acceptance to registration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers throughout the transaction.
- Coordinate with legal teams, bankers, societies, registrars, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all formalities.
- Ensure accurate preparation, verification, and submission of all legal and financial documentation.
- Track registrations, loan disbursements, agreements, and documentation milestones.
- Resolve customer queries and proactively address issues during the closing process.
- Ensure smooth execution of property registration and ownership transfer.




- Maintain regular updates in CRM and ensure documentation compliance.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring timely communication and transaction closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Property Registration, Closing Operations, Documentation, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Robust understanding of property registration processes and real estate documentation.
- Experience coordinating with banks, lawyers, registrar offices, and housing societies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Customer-first approach with a strong sense of ownership.
