Hiring Customer Care Support Associates - Blended Process

We are looking for immediate joiners for a 6-month contractual role in a blended customer support process.

Job Details:

- Process: 70% Non-Voice (Chat/Email) & 30% Voice Support
- Employment Type: Contractual (6 Months)
- Contract Duration: 01 Nov 2026 - 30 Apr 2027
- Joining Date: On or Before 30 Oct 2026
- Shift: Permanent Night Shift
- Salary: Up to 4.0 - 4.2 LPA
- Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Transport: Two-Way Cab Facility

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice channels.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Meet productivity and quality metrics.

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Undergraduate.




- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Prior customer service experience preferred; freshers with excellent communication may also apply.
