Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Cash Trade Banking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support a project for a banking client.

The role combines banking subject-matter expertise with learning design and content advisory, helping ensure that educational content is accurate, relevant, and applicable across global banking environments.

Responsibilities

- Provide SME guidance on Cash Trade Banking concepts, products, processes, and practices.
- Review and advise on learning content for technical and business accuracy.
- Support the development and refinement of learning materials.
- Provide recommendations to ensure content is relevant to real-world banking environments.
- Help translate complex Cash Trade concepts into clear and effective learning content.
- Collaborate with learning designers and project stakeholders throughout the content development process.
- Ensure content is global in nature and suitable for learners across different markets.

Requirements

- Solid professional expertise in Cash Trade Banking.
- Practical understanding of banking products, processes,



and industry practices related to Cash and Trade.
- Experience supporting learning design, training content, curriculum development, or content advisory is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex banking concepts clearly and accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed project teams.
- Experience working across international or global banking environments is an advantage.
