Job Description: IT/Non-IT Recruiter (B2B Sales & Business Development)
- 0 to 3 years of experience in IT/Non-IT Recruitment, preferably hiring for B2B Sales and Business Development roles.
- Experience sourcing candidates for Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, and B2B Sales roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development profiles.
- Experience in screening resumes, conducting initial HR discussions, and assessing candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
