Job Description:

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Unified Communication and Collaboration systems.
- Support communication platforms, including Cisco UCS, Genesys, and Contact Centre solutions.
- Assist with system performance monitoring and operational improvements.
- Handle change requests and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- Basic understanding of Cisco UCS, Genesys, and Contact Centre technologies.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with incident and change management processes.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
