Responsibilities:

• Facilitate 2-3 team and value stream ceremonies as appropriate (e.g. stand-up, Planning,

reviews, retrospectives), adapting practices to support successful delivery

• Identify and remove impediments that limit team or value stream effectiveness or disrupt

flow of delivery.

• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety

for continuous improvement within the team.

• Enable effective work intake, refinement, and prioritization in partnership with Product

owners, ensuring alignment to value-driven outcomes (without owning scope or

priorities).

• Shield teams from unnecessary external disruption while promoting appropriate

stakeholder engagement and alignment.

• Track and help teams use appropriate Agile metrics to improve productivity and

increased efficiency.

• Facilitate coordination and collaboration across teams within the value stream to improve

end-to-end delivery and reduce dependencies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a Minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master

for software development or IT-service delivery teams.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze problems, determine the appropriate

course of action,



and exercise discretion and independent judgment with limited day-to-

day supervision.

• Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing impediments and

dependencies, and coaching cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.

• Experience translating business needs into well-formed user stories, acceptance criteria,

and prioritized backlog items with product owners and technical teams.

• Experience with Agile work-management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps,

• Experience with Agile metrics, delivery reporting, risk management, sprint forecasting,

and stakeholder communications.

• Robust facilitation, conflict-resolution, organizational, written, and verbal communication

skills.

• Understanding Scrum and Agile frameworks and principles.

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflictresolution skills.

• Ability to lead without formal authority through influence and servant leadership.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience fostering continuous improvement and team maturity.

• Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience working across teams and stakeholders.
